Rural Enterprise
Rural Development Learning Project for Conwy
About the project
This project, developed and delivered by Coleg Llandrillo’s Learning Communities team and community partners, provides a wide range of free, bilingual courses to people living in rural Conwy.
This project enables people living in rural areas to develop and implement learning plans relevant to the needs of their own community. Courses are offered in practical areas such as: woodcraft skills, bushcraft skills, traditional building skills, information and communication technology, food hygiene and first aid. With life skill courses including: healthy living, community work skills, skills for employment, environmental awareness and community development skills. Learners are given on-going support, as well as advice and information on further study.
Forthcoming events
A series of promotional events will be held across rural Conwy, and a part-time rural development prospectus and course newsletter will be distributed.
